SOLID CONSTRUCTION, TRUSTED PERFORMANCE
Capacities up to 2371.60 Cu.Ft. / Diameters from 6' to 12' (1.86 to 3.66 m)
Silo feed system is a complete set of automatic feeding system, included a material conveying pipe, silo, auger, drive motor and a material level sensor. Main Feed line is mainly used to deliver feed from silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line,which can control the drive motor on and off to realize automatic delivery feed.

Feed Inlet & Inlet Cover

The cover fittings are all made of 304 stainless steel, high strength, no fracture, no rust.Enlarged the top feed inlet for easy full of feed.
The specially designed automatic elastic torsion spring control structure and the limit plate enable workers to open and close the cover freely on the ground, which is safe and convenient.

Air Duct

The roof sheet has an air duct, which can balance the air pressure inside and outside the silo, discharge various gases and heat,
ensure smooth feeding and keep the silo inside clean.

Ladder&Security Cage

The mounting ladder is molded from a whole piece of hot-dip galvanized steel plate with anti-skid design, which is firm and non-slip, good stability and convenient installation.
At the same time, it is equipped with a security cage, which is safe and reliable, and is convenient for observing the feed leveland maintaining the silo

STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY

Hopper slopes are available in 60° and 67° in either a 16” or 22” hopper opening. Rounded corners and down-turned sealing edges add safety and promote a weather-tight fit. Rounded, truss-head bolts reduces content bridging. Depending on the tank size, single or dual galvanized X-bracing is used to provide solid support and stability.

Silo Ring Sheets

The corrugated structure of the silo ring sheets can reduce the condensation inside the silo and reduce the moisture, prevent the mold growth and feed condensation ,which improves feed quality.
The inner wall of the silo is smooth, feeding smoothly, avoiding feed accumulation.

DOING THE LEG WORK

A solid base of galvanized formed legs provides support for the tank’s load and Cumberland feed delivery systems and accessories.
